The swirling plate is usually installed in a swirling plate tower. When working, the dust gas is flowing upwards from the bottom of the tower. Because of the guiding effect of the swirling plate blade, the flue gas is rotated and the liquid is sprayed into the droplet, which makes the gas and liquid have a large contact area, the droplet is rotated by the air flow, and the centrifugal force produces the gas and liquid. The contact between them is finally thrown to the tower wall and then flows down the wall to the next tray, which is again atomized by gas flow to make gas-liquid contact.
